Bioskin Revitalize Membership
O2 Rewards membership is solely applicable for O2 Skin products, unless otherwise stated. To qualify as Bioskin Revitalize member, customers must spend a minimum of $500 nett on Bioskin products in a single receipt.
As a member of our Bioskin Revitalize Programme, not only will you enjoy exclusive privileges for Bioskin face, body and spa treatments, you will also earn 10% $ Rebate for your next purchase of Bioskin products. 

Membership Period
O2 Skin Revitalize membership will be expired 1 year from Date of Issue. Members must spend a minimum of $20 nett upon membership expiry, to re-join us a our O2 Rewards member.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. When will I receive my O2 Dazzling Rewards card?
Upon membership sign up, all members will receive their rewards card in on the spot. Once member gets their Rewards card, he/she will be able to start enjoying their membership privileges. 

2. Is My O2 Dazzling Rewards card transferable?
No, O2 Rewards card is non-transferable. Where necessary, NRIC / Passport / other identification card will be requested for verification.

3. What if I forget to bring my O2 Dazzling Rewards card?
Should members forget to bring their Rewards card, they can simply present their NRIC before payment and our sales associates will be able to track your record. Our sales associates will indicate on your copy of receipt that stamps entitled have yet to be collected on the Rewards card and you can just bring the receipt to any outlets during your next visit to have your Rewards card stamped.

4. Do I enjoy O2 Dazzling Rewards member privileges if I am a Bioskin member?
Yes, Bioskin Revitalize members will also be able to enjoy all the same privileges as our O2 Rewards member. Simply present your Bioskin Revitalize membership card at any O2 Skin outlets before payment to enjoy privilege.

5. How do I qualify as Bioskin Revitalize member?
To qualify as Bioskin Revitalize member, simply spend a minimum of $500 nett on Bioskin products in a single receipt. 

6. If I am not a Bioskin Revitalize member, am I still entitled to the Birthday privileges for Bioskin products?
Yes, all O2 Rewards members will be entitled 10% discount on Bioskin products their Birthday month. This is a one-time offer and can only be utilized once on member’s Birthday month.

7. What do I do if my O2 Dazzling Rewards card is lost or damaged?
For lost or damaged card, visit any O2 Skin outlets and simply present your NRIC for verification and re-issue of new card. Please note that there will be a nominal $10.70 (including GST) processing fee chargeable for loss of Rewards card. 

8. How do I change my personal particulars?
To update your personal particulars to ensure we reach you correctly, simply visit any O2 Skin outlets or email to: marketing2@bioskin.com.sg. Please provide us with your Name, contact number, as well as the new particulars to be updated.

Loss or damage of Member Card

		There is a $10.70 (including 7% GST) processing fee for any loss of O2 Rewards card.
